Renovation of approximately 1,893 SF of shell space into open lab and freezer farm. Work includes new wood doors, metal frames, walls, ceilings, finishes, and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Alternate 1: Provide and install (1) rooftop exhaust fan in lieu of (2) separate exhaust fans.
