MWBE Retail Hub Renovations 401 King Street

Interior demolition of the space at 401 King Street including the existing ceilings, interior partitions, tile finishings on demising walls, plumbing and electrical stub outs, and existing mechanical ductwork. The space will be converted into five (5) separate retail spaces requiring the installation of wood-framing partitions and a wood storefront with polycarbonate and acrylic panels, seismic systems for wood walls, and the fabrication of custom wood slider doors and display units. New lighting and ductwork will also be required in the space.
